The Ballroom dances consist of Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Quickstep and Viennese Waltz.
The Latin dances consist of Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive and Paso Doble.
More freestyle dances are Salsa, Argentine Tango and Rock ’n’ Roll. Rock 'n' Roll is a good social dance as it can be danced to a lot of popular music. Argentine Tango, is becoming popular as it is more dramatic.
